My opinion about net branches
When searching for a net branch it is BROKER BEWARE !!! Especially with the biggest one out of Texas. Alot of promises and alot of talk but no action. Add two copies to any loan file that is out of their control and also pay high fees for files they can not do which is most of them. They are framiliar with a Texas market and very little else. I would suggest using a smaller company that is more localized to your area. This way you get a group that understands your market and is nearby enough so you do not feel hung-out-to-dry by your so-called “Allies”. Better yet, if you can find alot of other folks in your same position you can start a net-branching company of your own. It is not as tough as the bigger companies would like you to think. It works well if you incorporate some talent from your local brokers/competitors. If that does not work try calling “RJ” at New Centennial Mortgage in California. Tons of lenders but we only have great support in California.
